    You can receive your order approximately within 2-3 business days on deliveries within the U.S.

  • Can I change my order?

    We have free 2-3 business-day U.S. shipping on orders over $50.

  • Can I return my order?

    Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have the original tags and packaging. For assistance please contact us at help@mommyoclock.com.

  • Do you accept exchanges?

    We currently do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or another product. please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

  • Where is my order?

    Once your order ships, the tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number please reach out to us at help@mommyoclock.com.

  • Which payment methods can I use?
